The PRINCE2® Foundation course is meant for people who already have some knowledge and experience with project management and want to learn the PRINCE2 method of Project Management. The theory of this method will be discussed comprehensively. The PRINCE2 components, processes and techniques are discussed using actual examples and cases. During the course you will practice the PRINCE2 method. The course will contribute to your preparation for the PRINCE2 Foundation Exam. Our trainers are PRINCE2 certified and offer up-to-date knowledge.

Objectives
After the course you will be familiar with the terms of PRINCE2 and you will understand the value of:
