You look for example at the master data for maintenance and you will book the maintenance results in the system. Within this training module you will get acquainted with the end-user functionality within the SAP system on all aspects of Plant Maintenance.

Objectives After this training module the participant will be able to perform basic Plant Maintenance (PM) functions within the SAP ECC system in the business solution SAP Product Lifecycle Management, mainly on the user side. It gives the participant a global overview of the PM business functions as supported by SAP ECC. The training module is based on performing hands-on exercises. Prerequisites The participant should have attended the SAP ECC Getting Started training module and have a basic knowledge of Plant Maintenance business processes. Content The following subjects are part of this training module: The organizational structure to be customized for PM Managing of Resources Managing of Maintenance objects Managing of Maintenance concepts Managing of Resources, supported by SAP ECC The functionality for Shopfloor Control Maintenance history The integration with other SAP business solutions like SAP Supply Chain Management, SAP Financials and SAP Product Lifecycle Management: Project Management The training module is concluded by a test.
