Objectives After the training module the participant will be able to perform both end user functions and customizing of Cost Object Controlling. This is the area in SAP where the costs incurred in company are assigned to the activity units of the company like, for example, manufacturing orders. The participant will have an overview of the scenarios supported by SAP and perform the necessary period end closing activities with and without the help of the Schedule Manager. Prerequisites The participant should have attended the SAP ECC Getting Started, the SAP ECC Getting Acquainted Financial Accounting, the SAP ECC Getting Acquainted Controlling and the SAP ECC Getting Professional CO Product Cost Planning training modules or otherwise be familiar with their contents. Knowledge of and affinity with financial controlling is required. Content The following subjects are part of this training module: Product Cost by Period Product Cost by Order Product Cost by Sales order Integration with other modules and components Assigning costs to the activity units of a company Period end closing activities Reporting and analysis Schedule Manager The training module is concluded by a test.
