SAP ECC Getting Professional MM Purchasing

To be able to procure materials and services within SAP you need to prepare purchasing master data settings like a source list, a quota arrangement, a price condition or an info-record. The demand for a product is listed in a purchase requisition. But before it is possible to buy the requested products you might need to release the requisition first. Or perhaps you buy from a vendor by means of a contract. All these purchasing functions are trained within this training where you will make your own settings and check on the user side if they work.

Objectives After this training module on the getting professional level the participant will be able to perform ’Purchasing’ functions within the SAP ECC system in the business solution SAP SCM for Procurement. Furthermore, will the participant be able to decide about customizing issues and to customize the most important functions. Prerequisites The participant should have attended the SAP ECC Getting Started, the SAP ECC Getting Acquainted Logistics and the SAP ECC Getting Professional Logistics General training module. Content The following subjects are part of this training module: Purchasing master data (Info-record, Quota arrangement, Source List, Price conditions) Purchase requisitions Requests for quotations / Quotations Release procedures One time purchase orders Subcontracting External services Invoicing plan Purchasing contracts Purchase order reporting The training module is concluded by a test.
