SAP ECC Getting Professional SD Sales

Different sales documents can be booked in the SAP system. All procedures concerning sales order processing are discussed in this training module, both on the user side and the customizing side where you make your settings. Strong SAP functions like the availability check and the document flow will be trained extensively.

Objectives After this training module on the getting professional level the participant will be able to perform ’Sales’ functions within the SAP ECC system in the business solution SAP SCM for Order Fulfillment. Furthermore, the participant will be able to make customizing decisions and will be able to customize the most important functions. Prerequisites The participant should have attended the SAP ECC Getting Started, the SAP ECC Getting Acquainted Logistics and the SAP ECC Getting Professional Logistics General training module. Content The following subjects are part of this training module: Sales process This subject covers sales order processing. The three data levels in sales documents are also discussed, as well as how this is customized. (Pre-)sales process and document flow This subject covers inquiry and quotations, as well as how the flow of documents is customized. The use of incompletion procedures and various report functions are also treated. Availability check This subject covers the way the system responds to insufficient available stock and how to perform backorder processing. The training module is concluded by a test.
