SAP ECC Getting Professional SD Shipping

Rules for complete or partial deliveries are discussed as well as order combination. Picking, packing, loading and goods issue are calculated during backwards or forward scheduling. Also you will see how you make the settings to determine the shipping point and the route.

Objectives After this training module on the getting professional level the participant will be able to perform ’Shipping’ functions within the SAP ECC system in the business solution SAP SCM for Order Fulfilment. Furthermore, the participant will be able to make customizing decisions and will be able to customize the most important functions. Prerequisites The participant should have attended the SAP ECC Getting Started, the SAP ECC Getting Acquainted Logistics and the SAP ECC Getting Professional Logistics General training module. Content The following subjects are part of this training module: Delivery process This subject covers the various ways of creating deliveries, including partial deliveries, complete delivery and order combination. Shipping document control This subject covers the customizing of shipping document types and of the flow of documents. Customizing various determination procedures (e.g. shipping point and route) is also discussed here. Picking and Goods Issue This subject covers the last steps of the shipping process. The use of serial numbers during delivery processing is also discussed here. PackingThis subject covers the different ways to use the packing function. Handling Unit Management This subject covers the role of handling units for packing. The training module is concluded by a test. The training module is available in SAP ECC (version 6.0) in English.
