This course provides participants the elementary principles of PRINCE2®, a 'best practice' method to manage projects.

In the course you will find all important PRINCE2® subjects:
o The 7 principles: the guiding obligations and good practices, that determine whether the project is genuinely being managed using PRINCE2®.
o The 7 themes: aspects of project management that must be continually addressed and in parallel throughout the project.
o The 7 processes: items that describe a step-wise progression through the project lifecycle, from getting started to project closure.
o The 26 management products: agreements, registers, reports, etc., that are necessary to manage the project.

Using PRINCE2® makes everyone in the project to speak the same language and it clarifies the way of communication.
