PRINCE2 Supercombo is a powerful combination of PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner and Exam Training. Both exams are included in the price of one. Your advantage is that you will receive one shorter concentrated training course, and save money!

If you are interested in this course, but do not recognize yourself in the target audience or have not attended the Foundation course yet; please contact us to learn how we can attend to your specific needs. If you do not have a lot of experience with working in projects, we advise you to attend the separate training courses PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner.

After attending this training course you will be able to:

• Implement a project management organization with appropriate roles conforming to PRINCE2
• Employ the process based approach of the PRINCE2 method
• Identify and manage project risks
• Create the preconditions necessary for a successful project
• Create  a result driven planning based on PRINCE2
• Start, direct, adjust and close a project according to the PRINCE2 method
• Effectively cope with projects in a continuously changing environment, and reveal the changing business case and put it onto the agenda
• Be successful in passing the PRINCE2 Practitioner exam. (some further self-study is required)

Course details PRINCE2 Supercombo

The training course consists of presentations of the theory, interactive discussions and delegate exercises based on a case study, as well as topics that are introduced by the attendees during the training course. The following topics are covered:

• the 7 processes: Starting up a Project, Initiating a Project, Directing a Project, Controlling a Stage, Managing Product Delivery, Managing a Stage Boundary, Closing a Project;
• The 7 themes: Business Case, Organization, Risk, Quality, Change, Progress, Plans
• The 7 principles of PRINCE2
• Tailoring PRINCE2 to suit your own specific requirements
• Exam training for both exams, exam hints and tips, mock exams.
  Participation in the exam training for PRINCE2 Practitioner will earn you credit points for the Practitioner exam!

Learning method and required study hours PRINCE2 Supercombo course

By using a case study and practical exercises you will gain more in-depth knowledge of and experience with the PRINCE2 method. Theory is translated into practice. Attendees can bring their own case studies to the course. Apart from the class hours, a total of approximately 32-40 hours of self-study are required for daily course preparation and exam preparation. You are facilitated by our detailed course materials and E-learning solution, and registered attendees can start their preparations before the course starts.

Training materials

The set of training materials consist of a course binder with the PowerPoint presentations printed in full colour, a case study and test questions with model answers. In addition you will receive the text book ‘Managing successful projects with PRINCE2TM’.

Examination and certification PRINCE2 Supercombo course

After attending this training course and some additional self-study you will be prepared for the official APMG PRINCE2 Foundation and PRINCE2 Practitioner exams (please check Learning method and required study hours).Forsa Advies is an accredited provider of APMG exams, and can offer this exam at the end of the training course. For open courses, the exam will take place at the course location. Residents of the Netherlands can also register for an exam at one of our exam centres in Den Haag and Huizen. A prerequisite for attending this exam is a valid PRINCE2 Foundation certificate. The Foundation exam duration is 60 minutes, and is a closed books exam. The Practitioner exam duration is 2.5 hours, and is an open book exam.

The exam requirements have been developed by APMG; the exam format and requirements can be found on the APMG websitehttp://www.apmg-international.com.

You will receive a Forsa Advies certificate of attendance, and after passing the exams the official APMG PRINCE2 certificates.

In-company and custom programs PRINCE2 Supercombo course

All our training courses, including the official exams can be provided in-company. Locations, dates and class hours can be adapted to your company needs. When you want to train 4 or more of your staff, in-company may be financially attractive. We will gladly write you a proposal.
