Master of Business Administration in International Business and Management

The Master of Business Administration in International Business and Management (MBA in IB&M) is a unique joint, double degree programme between Hanze University Groningen, University of Applied Sciences, The Netherlands and Anglia Ruskin University in Cambridge, UK,  leading to the following  two awards:

MBA in International Business and Management by Hanze University Groningen, Applied Sciences 
Master of Arts in International Business by ARU Cambridge
This programme is designed for students with a wide interest in international business and management, who are aiming at a senior management position. All subjects and modules are placed in an international context. The demands placed upon the manager are subject to increasing changes, which arise from the changes that take place in the international business environment and usually effects all business operations.

Companies have to adapt quickly to rapidly changing markets, like nations forming new trade blocks, rapid development of South East Asian countries and major changes throughout the nations of Eastern Europe. The MBA IB&M programme is designed to train future managers to deal with these demands.

The programme equips prospective managers with the skills and competences which enable them to cope with decision-making in their future careers. The course combines managerial skills development with the academic and conceptual framework necessary for the manager to understand and operate successfully within the continually changing international environment.

The Master Degree programme in International Business and Management is available to applicants having at least a Bachelor's degree in business or a business related field or equivalent.
