International Modular Executive MBA

The International Modular Executive MBA consists of 7 modules, an international week to India or South Africa, a Leadership Development Trajectory, and a Business Consulting Project.

The modules take place in Maastricht from Monday through Friday augmented with e-learning. The modules contain the following courses: Strategy, Marketing, CSR, Organizational Behaviour, Organizational Design, Authetic Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Co-creation, Economics, Communication, Financial Management, Accounting, Corporate Governance, Strategic Change Management.

The International Week is a elective module where participants have the option to choose between an international week in India or South Africa. The international week is designed to immerse participants in the business environment in a different region of the world. Participants learn about the specific characteristics of a particular region through an interesting mix of interactive lectures at a local partner university, company visits, and participation in a socio-cultural project.

The Leadership Development Trajectory is a signature component of the Maastricht MBA programme. The trajectory includes professional coaching, buddy coaching, mutual learning groups, and trainings.

The Business Consulting Project concludes the MBA programmes. Its objective is to integrate academic knowledge, practitioners' expertise, and the experience from the participants in analyzing a research question with the participant's organization.

Class sessions are held in small groups to ensure interactive discussion and debate is possible.
