Participants in 'Essentials of Leadership' will:

• Delegation and empowerment
• Creating high performing teams

Afternoon:

• Gaining and using influence and power
• Developing your authentic leadership
• Managing your time and your life
• Peer-coaching on individual developing plan.

Patrick Lybaert is Visiting Faculty at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University and delivers leadership development seminars in executive coaching, organizational growth and development, team management, and culture change. He is a qualified user of a wide range of diagnostic assessment instruments. Furthermore, he is founder of the Executive Leadership Foundation (ELF). Patrick's areas of expertise include Leadership, People Skills and Executive Development & Corporate Transformation.
