Finance for Non-Financial Managers teaches you how financial data is reported and how it is used for decision making, performance management, business improvements and valuation. It will help you understand the financial impact of decisions and how to monitor financial performance, enabling you to communicate and work alongside financial specialists. This two day programme will provide you with a wide range of the most commonly used financial tools.

Faculty: Dr. Arjen Mulder
Arjen Mulder is Assistant Professor in Corporate Finance at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research interests are in corporate finance, and in government interventions in private sector decision-making such as taxation and investment subsidies for otherwise uneconomic investments. His teaching activities focus on corporate finance and value creation. Arjen has worked at the Netherlands Economic Institute (nowadays Ecorys) prior to taking his PhD
