This course teaches advanced project management techniques and tools for project leaders/project managers. The course builds on general project management techniques of project planning, project scope, and project plan/scheduling. It focuses on best practices for a leader in regard to developing and implementing the project communication plan, managing team relationships, resources procurement, risk management, cost control, and performance measurements during the automation project life cycle.

You'll be able to:
