This intensive 5-day training, including 1-on-1 coaching, helps you to carry out major improvement projects for the entire chain or organization.
The Lean Black Belt training is the next step in your Lean learning process after obtaining your Green Belt, by expanding your Lean knowledge and skills even further. On the one hand, it delves deeper into well-known instruments and principles and on the other hand, you learn a number of new Lean concepts.
During and after the training you put theory into practice through an improvement assignment with an impact, expressed in value, of at least € 100,000.

If you have passed the theory exam and your improvement assignment has been positively assessed after an amazing presentation to one of our Master Black Belts, you will receive the internationally recognized Lean Black Belt LCS 2A certificate. A great addition to your CV!
