"The goal of participating in the SCRUM training of our team was to develop a common understanding of the framework and the starting point to change our way of working within the team.
We had originally planned a face-to-face training, but due to Covid-19, this was not possible. Johannes came up with the idea to do it remotely with us which was a big plus in the end because this is how our team works daily.
We were guided through the theoretical topics in a very structured and competent way and were then able to test our knowledge in practical tasks. In the process, we also sharpened our team structure and communication with each other. The tools used for the training were very well chosen and well-coordinated by Johannes.
Johannes made the whole training very varied, interactive, and with a strong practical focus. This is exactly what helps us now to modify our way of working and to really apply the acquired knowledge. Already during the training, we were able to name some of our impediments more concretely and also decide together - with the support of Johannes - how to approach them.
Johannes managed very well to mix work with a good portion of fun which was also very motivating!
After 2 ½ months now working in the Scrum framework, we already see many positive results: we were able to get a lot more things done than everybody expected in the team and the company. And we did this in a much higher quality than before. It also helped us to keep a clear team structure in Covid-19 times. And even the initial doubters in the team do not want to go back to the old way of working!

- PSM I-Prüfung und PSM I-Zertifizierung: Nach
diesem PSF Kurs erhalten Sie Ihre Zugangsdaten zur PSM I-Prüfung.
Die PSM I-Prüfung besteht aus einem 60-minütigen Online-Test
(englisch) mit 80 Fragen (Multiple Choice, Multiple Answer,
True/False). Um zu bestehen, benötigen Sie mindestens 85% richtige
Antworten. Wenn Sie die PSM I-Prüfung innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach
diesem Kurs antreten und nicht direkt bestehen, erhalten Sie einen
kostenlosen zweiten Versuch. Nach bestandener PSM I-Prüfung
erhalten Sie Ihr PSM I-Zertifikat von Scrum.org. Das PSM
I-Zertifikat ist ohne Erneuerungsgebühr unbefristet gültig. Darüber
hinaus können Sie nach bestandener Prüfung einen Rabatt von 40% auf
die PSM II-Prüfung in Anspruch nehmen.
- Professional Development Units (PDU): Wenn Sie
