EXIN / BCS Business Analysis Foundation

Business analysis enables change in an organizational context by defining needs and recommending solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This three-day BCS Foundation in Business Analysis course is relevant to anyone who wants to understand business analysis, including Business Analysts, Business Managers and their staff, Business Change Managers, and Project Managers.

The course is based on the BCS publication Business Analysis, 4th edition, and we recommend you study this book in preparation for this examination.

LANGUAGE

The course will be delivered in English or Dutch depending on the group.

EXAM

This course is accredited by EXIN and ends with an official EXIN / BCS exam. It prepares for an examination being a one-hour, closed book multiple choice exam. Delegates who pass the exam are awarded with the EXIN Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis. The exam takes place at the end of day 3 of the training. 

MATERIALS

Participants of this course receive the following:

• a comprehensive training material (binder, digital materials),
• the BCS book: "Business Analysis 4th edition", and
• sample exam questions organized per module for knowledge checking.
