This training is for professionals who want to make a real difference. You will learn what Scrum really is, how to guide teams through complex work, and how to foster collaboration, ownership, and improvement. We cover the core principles of Scrum, empirical process control, servant leadership, team facilitation, and how to apply these elements to help your teams succeed.

You will develop a strong foundation and a clear perspective on how to use Scrum to increase effectiveness and engagement. Whether you are a Scrum Master, team lead, coach, or manager, after this training you will know how to apply and explain Scrum with confidence.
