You learn to work with two systems for color analysis:

• a system that is very suitable for working with groups (a system with 10 color groups)
• a system to work individually. (with the Essential Colors system, developed by Carla Mathis.)

The groups are small to ensure that a lot of attention is paid to the progress of each participant.

In the Netherlands you will not find a second training with this versatility and depth. It is a fundamental and intensive course - no quick tricks, but real insight into color and its impact on people. By looking in detail and at the same time using your intuition, you learn how to provide a good advice.

The training gives you the opportunity to work quickly and efficiently and/or in a very personal way. And manually put together a personalized color palette for your customers from the very beginning.

1. Color analysis basics

2. Color analysis with 10 color types system

3. Go in-depth with:

• Color theory, psychology of color
• The various types of color nuances and how they arise
• Practical exercise – seeing and recognizing:
  - Color nuances
  - Color intensity (bright or muted)
  - Dark-light (working with the light-dark scale)
  - Contrasts

4. Practice: Color Analysis In Humans:

• Skin Tones / Tone of Skin Tone
• Hair colour
• eye colors
• Type determination based on skin, hair and eye colours.
• Cool, warm or mixed color types
• Dark-light and contrast

5. Practice: working with the color system

• Assessing the person's individual colors
• Decide for yourself which colors will be included in the customer's palette (You will learn how to adjust a color palette yourself), so that it feels good for the customer and fits the lifestyle.
• Advise your customer extensively on how to use all those colors from the palette when shopping and to put together a wardrobe.
• Create beautiful color combinations together with your customer.

6. Makeup

• Choosing makeup colors for each individual customer
• Basic techniques for a professional day make-up.
