Doelgroep

Deze training is bedoeld voor beginnende en ervaren “customizers” van Microsoft Dynamics CRM, deelnemers zijn bekend met wat de eindgebruiker nodig heeft op het gebied van software. Programmeervaardigheden zijn niet vereist, al is een basis kennis van databases principes wel een voordeel.

Voorkennis voor de Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 Customization and Configuration training

Voor deelname aan deze training dien je te beschikken over:Praktische kennis van de werking van Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011. Het wordt aanbevolen, maar het is niet verplicht, om de training Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 applications te hebben afgerond. Omdat deze training zich voornamelijk focust op het customizen van database entities, attributen, relaties en mappings, wordt begrip van Microsoft SQL Server en relationele database functionaliteiten aanbevolen.
