Our Lean Yellow Belt programme is a basically a small project, leading to change, improvement, better customer service and an increase in team or company performance. This introduction training takes one day and will be delivered incompany. The optional exam can be done online and at any moment. In case your company wants an immediate return on investment, we offer the opportunity to do a small improvement project and assist every candidate in working Lean at the gemba (workplace).
Ngenious is one of the few firms in the Netherlands delivering both Yellow Belt and Green belt in Dutch AND English.
