• HR050 Business Processes in Human Capital Management (formerly HR100 Basics of Personnel Administration and HR120 Essentials of Personnel Development )

• In-depth knowledge of the Internet / intranet and in-depth knowledge of SAP ERP components that you want to make Web-enabled is useful.

Content

• You get an overview of the HCM solutions in the SAP NetWeaver Enterprise Portal: Employee Self Service, Manager Self Service and Learning Solution.
• The course introduces the Enterprise Portal and how you use it, and also demonstrates the individual services that are offered in HCM especially for the portal.
• Starting with the installed Enterprise Portal, it presents extracts of the individual business packages, that is, HCM content in the portal.
• The technical infrastructure and system structure is also outlined.
• The course is a compact introduction for all customers who are interested in the portal and who focus on HCM.

Notes

• Follow-up courses on the portal issues in HCM are HR250 (Employee Self-Service), HR260 (Manager Self Service) and HR270 (SAP Learning Solution Overview). These courses contain exercises on the services and Customizing.
• Technical information is available in the courses in the ADM*, NET* and EP* curriculums.
