Everyone deals daily with culture, albeit subconsciously. Learning about culture is learning about yourself. It also help you to enhance your functioning.
This course gives an overview of what organisational culture is and how you may influence it. The importance of organisational culture is much undervalued with possible huge financial consequences. In the same vein the pivot role of HRM is not really appreciated.
The course consists of three parts: definition and concept, research and application. On all three topics many issues might be added but doing so risks that you do not see the wood for the trees. The idea is to give you an overview of the topic, its importance and the major areas of research. This should give you the handles to move forward in a suitable direction.
