For example, in our modules you learn how to coach on intrinsic motivation and proactive behavior. After following this training you can help people to take their development into their own hands. The life coaching of WILL Be Strong goes for self-development from head to toe based on a mind-full life. We help you to coach in an intensive process to develop the intrinsic motivation of your participant. From this motivation, the new, healthy habits will automatically take a clear place in the daily life of your customer.
With our courses you can become an online coach but also a offline coach, whichever you want see yourself as! With our online course you can start at any time. The benefit of our FITCOACH course is that we teach you how you can be a lifestyle coach, sport and food coach, all in one course! Another very important benefit is that at WILL Be Strong you immediately start working because we will connect the theory directly to real life practice. So you will build up your clients very easily while studying and we also help you with how you can market your coaching.
THE COURSE:
- How do I build a sustainable relationship with my client?
- How can I live within 10 weeks of my work?
- Intrinsic motivation: What does your customer want and when does he stand in his power?
- YOUR UNIQUE selling point
- Motivation pattern: What type is your customer and what fits this person?
- Physical and mental well-being: Mapping the well-being of the client and setting goals to improve well-being
- Tools for achieving the goals:
- Time management: stress reduction + breathing technique;
- Create a Safe Climate!
- The human body
- Delevering a PT session, fitness training, HIT training;
- How to get more confident and stronger
- How sport & coaching makes your client really Happy and Fit in daily life
- How to integrate SPORTS In your daily life;
- How to to integrate food in your new lifestyle
The study load is at least 15 hours per week. There are no specific prior education requirements and there is no exemption policy. During the training you coach online or offline at least 5 till 10 hours per week. At the end of the course, both a written and a practical exam will be taken. After successfully completing the course, you will receive the recognized EQF Fitcoach level 3 certificate from EREPS. WILL Be Strong teaches you how to ensure a lasting change with your customer. With this certificate you can work worldwide!
You can also choose to spend fewer hours per week on the training, the training will take longer! You can decide this completely yourself!
Course Details
10 ONLINE SESSIONS 1 hour per week
10 Coach sessions @ 1 hour per week
5 Assignment hours per week
5 hours of sports per week

The difference between the level 2 and 3 course is with the level 3 course, it provides you all the tools to give your own personal training sessions, HIIT, bootcamp, fitness classes or other sport related classes. With the level 2 course, you can teach your students how they can integrate sports in their daily lives and what kind of exercises they can do. You’re only not allowed to give a reallife sport training by yourself without supervision from a certified instructor.
For example, when you want to offer retreats or help people to have a fully fit and healthy lifestyle, with level 3 certification, you don’t need anyone else and are eligible to provide it by yourself. Rest assured, however, that with both of the courses, you can help people with a whole package of mind, sport and food lessons.
