Obviously it’s important the Product Backlog is tidy, the team has to understand what “value” is for your product, and your Roadmap should be in order. However, building and maintaining strong relationships with your stakeholders can be considered a key aspect in advanced Product Ownership. Do you truly understand what it is that your stakeholders desire, and what drives them? Do you know how to best engage each stakeholder? And do you dare to say “No” – in a way they will accept it!?

During this 1-day training course you’ll be taught all the tips and tricks to build meaningful relationships with your (key-)stakeholders. It starts with understanding your own mandate. Then we look at your stakeholderfield, identify key stakeholders and you’ll explore ways to build relationships. Obviously, how to say “No” is a big part of that.

This training is an advanced Product Owner course ideal for Product Owners and Product Managers who want to are looking to find ways to build better relationships with stakeholders and with that create an atmosphere of collaboration. The training is also excellent for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches who wish to broaden their skillset to collaborate with different stakeholders and want to find ways to better support their Product Owner.

This is an Expert level course, which means there are recommendations for participation*: 

• You have studied the Scrum Guide and have a solid understanding of Scrum
• You have at least one year of experience as a Product Owner of Product Manager
• You are part of a Scrum Team and/or have completed a Product Owner training
