This training is an advanced Product Owner course ideal for Product Owners and Product Managers who want to are looking to find ways to build better relationships with stakeholders and with that create an atmosphere of collaboration. The training is also excellent for Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches who wish to broaden their skillset to collaborate with different stakeholders and want to find ways to better support their Product Owner.
This is an Expert level course, which means there are recommendations for participation*:
- You have studied the Scrum Guide and have a solid understanding of Scrum
- You have at least one year of experience as a Product Owner of Product Manager
- You are part of a Scrum Team and/or have completed a Product Owner training
We recommend the above to ensure the training meets your needs at this part of your journey. To offer you the best experience, we also want participants’ prior knowledge to match.
