Individual guidance for leaders of scale-ups. While it was still automatic in the start-up phase, leading a rapidly growing organization quickly becomes complicated. Not only because you can no longer do everything yourself (delegation), but also because the quantity and diversity of questions from the organization is piling up (management of complexity).

In addition to bringing in work, you are also challenged to properly set up the structure, arrange processes, and build culture. We work purposefully for a year to strengthen your leadership skills in a live session. Knowledge, mindset and behavior. We work purposefully for a year to strengthen your leadership skills in a live session. Knowledge, mindset and behavior. Areas discussed include perfectionism, the need for control, uncertainty, energy leaks, people management, collaboration, diversity and communication.

You determine the frequency of the sessions, approximately every 2 to 3 weeks. In the first session we determine what you want to have achieved by the end of the year. You have my support at your fingertips between sessions. Where necessary, I also assist if there are substantive themes that you and your management team are struggling with: strategy, structure, culture, HR, staffing, marketing.
