Individual guidance for leaders of scale-ups. While it was still automatic in the start-up phase, leading a rapidly growing organization quickly becomes complicated. You determine the frequency of the sessions, approximately every 2 to 3 weeks. In the first session we determine what you want to have achieved by the end of the year. You have my support at your fingertips between sessions. Where necessary, I also assist if there are substantive themes that you and your management team are struggling with: strategy, structure, culture, HR, staffing, marketing.
