Aram Academy's training course "Project Planning Using Oracle Primavera P6 Client" is a two-day training course for planners who want to master all the essential basic skills of project planning. During this training you will learn how to set up a project, build a Work Breakdown Structure, define activities and milestones, establish relationships and calculate schedules using critical paths and Gantt charts. You will work directly and hands-on with the latest version of Oracle Primavera P6. No prior knowledge is required: you will learn to effectively plan, monitor and control projects in a way that is directly applicable in practice.
