The one-day training course "Scope & Cost Management using Oracle Primavera Cloud" has been specially developed for scope and cost managers, project managers, cost engineers, and quantity surveyors. During this training, you will gain practical knowledge about setting up CBS, PBS, and WBS, linking scope items to quantities and hours, and assigning work packages. In the area of cost management, topics such as budgeting, fund management, cash flow monitoring, and deviation analysis will be covered. In addition, scope change management is discussed in detail: how to recognize, record, and manage changes in scope, and effectively translate these into costs and planning.

During this training, you will gain practical knowledge about setting up CBS, PBS, and WBS, linking scope items to quantities and hours, and assigning work packages. In the area of cost management, topics such as budgeting, fund management, cash flow monitoring, and deviation analysis will be covered. In addition, scope change management is discussed in detail: how to recognize, record, and manage changes in scope, and effectively translate these into costs and planning.

This training offers a practical approach: you will learn how to manually create CBS, PBS, and WBS, use an import template with Excel for Scope Items, and apply the Rule of Credit. You will also work with Quantity, Productivity Rate, Units of Measures, Scope-based Budgets, Cost Sheets, and the new Scope Percent Complete. You will also gain insight into setting the Weights for Scope Percent Complete, which allows you to determine the relative importance of different scope items and thus achieve accurate progress reporting. You will regularly review settings via Summary & Settings.
