Day 1
- Roles and Responsibilities – The Agile PM’s view
- The effective use of the DSDM products
- Project Management through the lifecycle
- Deliver on time – combining MoSCoW and Timeboxing
- People, teams and interactions
- Requirements and user stories
- Estimating
- Project planning through the lifecycle
- Never comprise quality
Day 2
- Review Agile Project Management Handbook
- Review and analyse the AgilePM® Practitioner test exam
- AgilePM® Practitioner exam
Prerequisites
Must have passed the AgilePM Foundation exam
Educational approach
- This training is based on both theory and practice:
- Sessions of lectures illustrated with examples based on real cases
- Review exercises to assist the exam preparation
- Practice test similar to the certification exam
- To benefit from the practical exercises, the number of training participants is limited
Examination and Certification
The official AgilePM Practitioner exam can be taken at the end of the training course or at a later date.
