Polychor Practitioner

Summary

This five-day intensive training enables participants to develop the necessary expertise to support an organization in implementing and managing projects using Polychor® Agile Project Management. Also, participants will gain a thorough understanding how best to implement Polychor Agile Project Management processes and knowledge areas. The training prepares candidates for the official Practitioner exam that can be taken at the end of the training.

Educational approach

• This training is based on both theory and practice:
• Sessions of lectures illustrated with examples based on real cases
• Review exercises to assist the exam preparation Practice test similar to the certification exam

Examination and Certification

• 2.5 Hour open-book exam (you can refer to the Polychor book during your exam)
• 80 scenario based multiple choice questions
• Must get minimum of 60% correct answers to pass the exam
• Can be taken online from the comfort of your office or home
