You’ve already made an impact as an SPC. You’ve launched ARTs, trained teams, and supported SAFe implementations. But maybe you’re asking yourself:

This path helps you answer those questions – and act on them.

You’ll deepen your expertise in key areas such as transformation strategy, Lean Portfolio Management, leadership engagement, and continuous improvement. You’ll join a cohort of experienced SPCs, sharing insights and applying what you learn directly to your own transformation challenges.

With guidance from expert instructors and your peers, you’ll gain the clarity, confidence and tools to lead complex change – and grow your impact as a SAFe Practice Consultant.

This certification path is ideal if you:

• Are a certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC)
• Have experience supporting or leading transformations
• Want to strengthen your strategic coaching skills
• Aim to engage with leaders and influence the broader organisation
• Are ready to lead beyond the team or ART level

What you do during this path

• Learn to craft and lead transformation strategy
• Practise coaching leaders and driving executive engagement
• Strengthen your Lean Portfolio Management expertise
• Use flow metrics and OKRs to align teams and strategy
• Participate in a live Learning Lab to apply your skills in a real case

Note: Training materials and certification exam are in English. The path includes both self-paced and live components. Sessions may be online or in-person, depending on the selected delivery.

Exam and Certification

• Format: Online, scenario-based multiple choice
• Number of questions: 45 questions
• Duration: 90 minutes
• Passing score: 80% (36 out of 45 correct)
• Language: English
• Access: After completing the full programme and once attendance is confirmed, you will have 30 days to take the exam
• Certification: Upon passing, you will receive the SAFe® Advanced Practice Consultant certification and a digital badge
