You’ve mastered the basics of Scrum, but now you want to make a broader impact. This training is designed for experienced Scrum Masters who are ready to grow as Agile leaders. You’ll explore how to apply servant leadership at scale, how to coach and mentor teams, and how to guide organisations through complex transformations. We’ll dive into real-world case studies, advanced facilitation techniques, and systems thinking approaches that help you influence beyond your immediate team.

You’ll leave with the tools, mindset, and confidence to help teams, stakeholders, and executives work together towards lasting agility.
