This course continues from Dutch intensive A2-1 and covers final section of the book "Contact! 1" Chapters 10 to 12. The course is designated for those who can express themselves in a simple way using present perfect and past tense. During this course participants will learn about the past tense and past exprecions in the future.
These are our most intensive courses where you are on a fast track to communicate effortlessly in Dutch. Our intenisve courses have lessons Monday to Friday during two weeks. You will get 40 lesson hours (of 45 minutes) in 10 days for a total of 40 lesson hours and for an extra boost, you will also get in addition 15 hours of optional homework (1½ hours per day).

The course includes individual and group work, discussions,
listening exercises, and homework. Participants of this course will
complete the level A2 based on language levels as described in
the Common European Framework of Reference for
Languages (CEFR).
Course subjects
Talking about types of houses, finding a house, talking about your
own home, renting a room, furniture and appliances, tell a story
from the past, writing a formal letter, giving your opinion,
understanding the main items on the news, talking about the
weather, understanding information about the Netherlands, the Dutch
education system, talking about your study or work, talking
about the workday, understanding information about an
internship.
Course grammar
Adjectives ending with -en, relative
pronoun: die/dat and the relative clause,
repeating future tense, simple past tense, present perfect
and imperative, eu, oe.
After completion of the course
After completing the course, participants will be able to
understand frequently used expressions, and extend their
vocabulary. They will be able to speak simply about such subjects
as school, family structure, holidays, and the workday. It will be
easier to read and respond to simple advertisements and discuss
topics relative to everyday life. They will be able to hold
conversations and talk about people, places, and things using
slightly more advanced sentences relative to time and place.
