The purpose of FLORIS & GELUK is transforming leadership.

Leadership is a combination of what you know (head), who you are (heart) and what you do (hand). We facilitate leadership teams by raising awareness about who they are. Emotional intelligence is the ability to understand and manage one's own emotions, and to recognize and influence others' emotions.

Our talent is to create safe spaces where people can show both their vulnerability and strength in an authentic way. We invite people to get out of the comfort zone and connect on a deeper level with themselves and their peers. We combine team coaching models from the west with holistic insights from the east and connect best of both.

As a result of our programs, leaders will be able to build trust in their teams, understand their key patterns and explore new ways of communicating to take their organization to an entirely different level of effectiveness.
