Our Coaching Trajectories Typically Include These Phases:

  1. Intake with the team leader
    Together we define the preliminary coaching goals.

  2. Individual interviews
    We speak with each team member to gather input on the team’s needs and dynamics.

  3. Analysis and plan of action
    Based on all insights, we present a tailored approach and timeline.

The plan may include:

Team Coaching Sessions

Half-day sessions focused on achieving your coaching goals. Topics include intrinsic motivation related to the team’s core mission (purpose), team structure and roles, (in)formal hierarchies, collaboration, team culture, and psychological safety.

Conflict Intervention Sessions

One or more half-day sessions specifically aimed at resolving conflicts. These are essential when issues need addressing before the team can progress.

Team Manifest Session

A one- or two-day session to build the team’s foundational manifesto. Ideal for newly formed teams, this session covers scientific fundamentals of effective teams and results in clear agreements, goals, a strategic plan, and collaboration principles.
Combined with the Team Roles Navigation Test.

Stakeholder Sessions

One-hour meetings where the team leader provides key stakeholders (not part of the team) with updates in a 3-way conversation format.

Leadership Coaching Sessions

Throughout the process, we support the team leader through executive coaching to help them lead the team effectively.
