You meet very competent people in the training. The trainer Jan Pieter is a very experienced leadership development professional, but his role in this concept is purely as a facilitator. The rather time-consuming pre-work assignments are fun to do and prevent unnecessary time waste during the actual training. In this case, training is training, and not being lectured.
Finally: the location in Garderen was beautiful, with excellent food.
