Notes
- Learn how to use PowerDesigner's advanced features and techniques as a tool during the data analysis, data modeling, and database design process. The course topics include the PowerDesigner Generation Template Language, an introduction to the PD MetaModel, customization of the PowerDesigner IDE to manage corporate meta data using extended model definitions and language files.
- Other customization techniques will include the implementation of stereotypes, custom checks and transformations using VB script. Discussions around different Repository layouts and implementation procedures are also included.
