Content

• Explain basic concepts of SAP ME integration to SAP ERP and the shop floor equipment.
• Define product and production master data, as well as work with the data transferred from SAP ERP.
• Setup and execute discrete and time-based component traceability during the product assembly.
• Run production process and perform key transactions in the area of production management.
• Configure and use of various operator dashboards (POD) and functionality for producing products on the shop floor.
• Utilize a paperless data collection to monitor shop floor activities.
• Log failures, defects and repair actions against the product being produced, if does not conform to the manufacturing standards.
• Define sample plans and perform sampling.
• Create and send out messages of different types to better monitor manufacturing processes.
• Run production reports and analyze production process based on the report results.
• Review product build and production history.
