- SAP POS Support is the cornerstone for maintaining and reducing a trouble free store environment. Participants will practice “real world” hands on troubleshooting skills on both the SAP POS product suite software and retail hardware (if provided).
- We recommend IRT720 + IRT740 for Help Desk Training.
- Program can be held at SAP corporate offices or client site location.
