Over 25 hours of Yoga philosophy, Ayurvedic psychology and physiological shadow work in 8 weeks of emotional transformation.

Weekly 150 mins classes of talks covering emotions as excess or deficient in development, Ayurvedic tips to re-create balance, Q&A, Yoga practice, ending with an open discussion for clarity.

Covers the emotions and mind states of each chakra, element, their purpose, power and weakness, and finding our purpose through these motivational messengers.

Module 1 SELF CARE

Fear/Trust and gathering Safety through Ayurveda, Yoga, shadow work & meditation

Module 2 SELF ESTEEM

Guilt/Joy and moving into Playfulness through Ayurveda, Yoga, shadow work & meditation

Module 3 SELF WORTH

Shame/Willpower and shifting into Confidence through Ayurveda, Yoga, shadow work & meditation

Module 4 SELF LOVE

Disconnection/Grief/Connection and reaching for Healthy Relationships through Ayurveda, Yoga, shadow work & meditation

Module 5 SELF EXPRESSION

Hopeless/Voiceless/Creativity and voicing and creating Our Gift through Ayurveda, Yoga, shadow work & meditation

Module 6 VISION

Please note You will receive a Practical Guidebook along with this course. It will assist you during and after this course. Please use it thoroughly during each week so that you get most out of this training.

Challenges happen If there were no challenges in life, we would not grow or transform. Challenges are a normal part of life and living. They can confuse us, get in our way and when extreme they stop us completely. Often, they prevent us from reaching our full potential, when we don’t have the specific knowledge and tools.

Or, we can see them as teachers, guides showing us which part of our being has not yet been integrated into the conscious experience. Learning to see them as motivational messengers empowering us.

The way the course is set up allows us to slowly and surely embody our fuller expression of self.
