Nick is an amazing trainer, I really like his tone of voice and the way he asked for feedback or input from others. Als leeradviseur heb je met veel verschillende klanten en gesprekken te maken. Soms is het makkelijk om iemand in te schrijven en soms is het wat lastiger. Het helpt enorm als je wat handvatten krijgt om je gesprekken goed te kunnen voeren.

"We went through the basics again which was I nice repetition/reminder. I learned new methods and ways to deal with certain objections. After the training we all could not wait until we could try it out in real life.

"Really liked the training, and learned a lot from it. All the theory's were explained really nice, while there was room for interaction and exchanging experiences. The environment felt really safe, so the role playing went really well, and it was nice to get some feedback on your performance, and also learn from others. "This well crafted training invited me to revisit some of the theories I've learned during my studies in a fun way. At first I was startled by the length, during the actual training it went by so quickly and I felt as if I wanted more. In the last part of the training the feeling of a slight overload came back, so I would advice to end that part on a high note so I leave energised next time. " - 26-04-2018 08:17

"The Selling for LA's training proved to be a very valuable and interesting course. By getting acquainted with various theories such as CAPA, LSD and DOCN (among others) we were forced to rethink our own sales skills and develop news ways of going about.

Nick is a very patient teacher who really creates a safe space during the lessons and is able to give everyone a feeling of importance.

What I would have liked is maybe if it would be a bit more dynamic because besides the Role plays we were mostly just sitting and listening, so that can be improved to make the training even better." - 26-04-2018 07:32
