Teal / Tamago

Teal / Tamago is Matt Hallmann - and I’m a 32 year-old marketing, operations and sales professional, who wants to bring the best out of others. I am committed to projects that contribute to making the world a better place.

I started freelancing next to my studies in 2008 and for the last 10 years I’ve been working at and with global start-ups and scale-ups. I have built and led multicultural, distributed, remote teams of up to 15 people. Building on that experience, I like to help other companies in marketing, operations and sales, either by executing or by structurally supporting them in organisational change.

I have had the opportunity to work for and with companies like SafeSize, Springest, Snappcar, Heartbeat Medical, Dwarfs and Giants, House of Oolong and Holaspirit, to name a few.

I’m also a mentor at DutchBasecamp and Singularity University, where I help young entrepreneurs to be better humans, not making the mistakes I made.
