"Great content and the way it is presented makes it easy to digest. Starting with basic exercises and slowly increasing the 'difficulty' makes that at the end of the day you'll feel comfortable doing something you may not have imagined doing when you woke up.
The trainers create a safe environment that makes it easy to do the exercises, which in themselves will push you outside of your comfort zone.
The training will require that you have a good english speaking foundation.
