➊ As an (organizational) coach, I love to help entrepreneurs and organizations. Combining my experience with the theoretical background of my Master, I create happiness and flexibility.

My passions:
► Always fight the status quo. Never accept the way it goes now as normal and change for the good.
► Set and create a new organizational structure that can achieve a flexible way of working.
► Motivate and inspire people to grow as big as they could be.
► Strategy. By focusing on infinity, achieve the max.

➋ As an entrepreneur, I love to realize growth everywhere I go. Motivating and inspiring everybody around me. This I do for startups, scale-ups, and corporate companies. By using the lessons I learned, as an entrepreneur and managing director within the IT sector, I let companies grow. And far more important, I help to grow the individuals within the companies.
