Something about me:
Working in the financial industry from one weekend to the next, working through holidays, partying till sunrise, and starting Monday even more tired than when I left the office on Friday. Supported by short-term happiness shots (like Tequilla).

This was me.

That all changed in 2017. I attended a business event where Mo Gawdat shared his life story, and his story and mission truly and deeply inspired me. The next day I started reading books about the subject of happiness. I became captivated by this topic and wanted to focus not just on short-term but on long-term happiness. I started to turn things around in life, taking baby steps every day.

In 2019 my entire life changed once again. I met my now life-and business partner, who shared my passion right from the start. I want to make the world a better place by committing to making people happier in life and business. I'm the founder of sound & solid and responsible for our online events.
