Rosaria Cirillo Louwman CCXP

Rosaria Cirillo is a southern Italian sunshine of energy, enthusiasm, and passion, with a mission to bring more happiness in the world one interaction at the time

She is a happiness and customer experience expert, trainer, and TEDx speaker used to drive change using Net Promoter and Voice of Customer as a compass to move from data to insight to action to results. Originally from Italy, Rosaria has lived in the Netherlands since 2002 working for companies such as Forrester, Adobe, Convergys, and Philips in the area of customer experience. In 2013 she founded Wow Now with the mission to bring more happiness into the world by improving interactions with companies and bringing emotions and happiness in business.

She inspires and empowers conscious leaders to nurture their happiness (moving from depleting to enriching emotions) and to move from depleting to enriching experiences, choosing, designing, and delivering WOW life-enriching interactions that contribute to everyone’s HAPPINESS, so they can achieve business and personal prosperity, making happiness their competitive advantage.

She provides corporates with advice and training in the areas of Customer Experience, Voice of the Customer, Net Promoter System, Customer Service, and E-commerce, with a special focus on life-enriching customer experiences that make customers happier and create sustainable “happiness-driven growth”.

Rosaria is a Certified Happiness Trainer (HSA), Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) & Trainer, Yoga and Laughter Yoga Teacher, Design Thinking Facilitator, and NPS2 certified professional. 

Her CX training materials have been certified by CXPA in 2016 and by Customer Institute in 2021.

Her Well-being and Happiness training materials are based on learnings and materials by Happiness Studies Academy and Laughter Yoga University.
