OPC 400 – Lean Task using Oracle Primavera Cloud

Oracle Primavera Cloud is the most advanced system for Lean Task Planning and the Last Planner System method. Real-time digital collaboration and centralised information storage enable your project team to plan efficiently, share documents and track progress. Unlike old-fashioned Post-its, all project data is immediately accessible, easily traceable, and scalable. With the Lean Task module, your team can define tasks based on input and project constraints, resulting in a feasible schedule. This aligns perfectly with Lean principles and offers more flexibility than the classic CPM method.

This training is intended for project team members who create Lean tasks and link them to activities, without requiring prior knowledge of project planning. You will learn how to work with task schedules and the digital planning board, importing tasks from Excel. Practical, immediately applicable instructions are in line with Lean and Last Planner System principles. The focus is on the Lean Task module, supplemented with a brief introduction to the planning and dashboard modules, giving you a complete overview.
