Do you have the skills you need to be a successful team leader? Are you struggling with team leadership challenges and issues, or do you want to improve your skills to help your entire team excel?

Leading a team for the first time, let alone an entire department, can be a daunting task, especially if you have previously held a position where you were solely responsible for yourself or just one project or program.

During this three-day English-language workshop, you will learn the skills a team leader needs to have to be effective. You will be able to apply your new knowledge and tools to successfully deal with motivation issues, teammate dysfunction, conflict and lack of unity directly to your work.

After this workshop you will be able to:

* Understand how leading teams differ from leading individuals
* Deal with difficult team members before they affect the whole team
* Make the most of your team members, knowledge and insights when making collective decisions
* Create a strong and cohesive team identity using effective leadership tools

The Team Leadership program is also part of the RSM Diploma Program in General Management.
