Business model frameworks

All businesses have a business model, whether the organization is a for-profit or non-profit. This book introduces the reader to the concept of business models and presents the most used business model frameworks in the world today. It explains the relationship between business models and business plans, strategy and innovation. The concepts in the book are illustrated with the use of several case studies. Readers are encouraged to describe their organization’s business model and there is a separate chapter in how to work with business models.
