Scrum framework is simple, yet becoming a great Scrum Master takes skill, discipline, practice, and self-awareness.
In this course, you’ll develop the mindset, skills, and practical tools to guide teams toward collaboration, focus, and continuous improvement, while staying grounded in Scrum values and empiricism.

Through interactive exercises, simulations, and discussions, you’ll experience what it truly means to setup and lead a Scrum Team, while working with a Product Owner, and changing an organization.
You’ll also explore how Generative AI tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini can support your day-to-day work - from preparing retrospectives to summarizing feedback and recognizing team patterns faster.

The training is set up around building an effective team, with topics such as:

• Agile & Scrum foundations: Understand empiricism, the Scrum framework, and the roles, events, and artifacts that create transparency and adaptability.
• Scrum Master accountabilities: become a leader who supports the growth of the Scrum Team, the Product Owner, and the organization.
• Scrum values: Strengthen commitment, focus, openness, respect, and courage across the team.
• Facilitation & coaching skills: Guide Scrum events such as Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective with confidence to deliver meaningful outcomes.
• Team development & self-management: Coach teams toward autonomy and a shared purpose.
• Removing impediments: Help teams identify and resolve blockers that hinder progress.
• Continuous improvement: Use feedback loops and metrics to foster learning and innovation.
• Generative AI for Scrum Masters: Explore how to apply AI tools to:
• Prepare and enrich retrospectives
• Uncover patterns in impediments and team interactions
• Summarize insights from surveys and feedback
• Improve focus, communication, and collaboration while keeping human judgment in the loop
