Charisma Training, for inspirational leadership

Charisma may feel like an intangible quality, but decades of research show that it can be learned and practiced. In this interactive 2 x 6-hour training, we explore the science of charisma and turn it into practical, lived experience for our participants.

What's special?

The combination of scientific depth and creative practice: We move seamlessly between understanding the research and experiencing the tactics in action.
You are introduced to charismatic leadership tactics with examples in writing and video. Then you will put these into practice through engaging exercises, role plays, and improvinspired games. The result is a training that is both evidence-based and highly experiential.

Every activity is designed for energy, creativity, and fun—while also providing serious skill development. By the end, you will not only understand the science behind charisma but also embody it. You will leave with a toolkit of charismatic leadership tactics, the confidence to use them, and the courage to step into your own charismatic potential.

Who is teaching?

The program is co-created and co-taught by three complementary experts on leadership.

Wendy Andrews and Rafael Wilms.
Two leading scholars at the Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, with extensive research and teaching experience on charisma, communication, and influence.

They translate cutting-edge scientific findings into clear, actionable insights, showing how specific verbal and nonverbal tactics—such as storytelling, metaphors, and expressive delivery—make leaders more compelling and impactful.
